artsPlace engaged Perch Communications to write an annual report that captured moments of hope and happiness in a year unlike any other, and cement the organization's reputation as the cultural heArt of Canmore.
With the 2021 Annual Report complete, the organization engaged Perch to develop its 2022-2024 Strategic Plan--the first strategic plan for the organization since its inception in 2015.
Perch met with key members of the artsPlace team to develop a compelling narrative for the annual report, supported by feature stories that share multiple diverse perspectives from patrons who turn to artsPlace for community, connection, and collaboration.
With the report complete, we turned our attention to the strategic plan, and developed a 10-page public-facing document that reinforces the organization's core strengths while introducing three strategic priorities.
