Hi, I'm Jenny! Over the last 14 years, I've worked with more than 40 non-profit organizations across Canada. They all have one thing in common: their teams, though passionate, struggle to communicate what they do strategically.
Whether it’s adapting their mission statement to meet the requirements of a grant program or getting stuck in the weeds of their work, I’ve found that many organizations have a hard time making their message matter to the people that matter most. These teams have spent thousands of dollars hiring professional copywriters who get caught up in fancy language or the latest marketing trends. But their message isn’t hitting the mark and they feel stuck in the mud, trying to secure funding, attract supporters, expand their impact, and build their legacy.
